Job Purpose :
To develop and implement content strategies that enhance finesse and leadership deportment among cabin crew members, contributing to a distinguished and professional service culture. Drive the creation of engaging and impactful training materials that focus on finesse, leadership skills, and overall deportment, aligning with company standards and industry best practices.
Key Accountabilities :
- Lead the development of content for finesse and leadership deportment training programs for cabin crew members.
- Lead the creation of training programs specifically focused on finesse, encompassing aspects such as interpersonal skills, communication finesse, and refined customer interactions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify key content areas and learning objectives.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and written guides.
- Ensure content reflects the latest industry standards, regulatory requirements, and airline service expectations.
- Develop captivating and interactive content, including presentations, videos, and written guides, to convey finesse principles effectively to cabin crew members.
- Regularly review and update finesse training materials to incorporate feedback, industry trends, and changes in policies or regulations.
- Coordinate with instructional designers to ensure effective and pedagogically sound content delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to deliver finesse content, providing hands-on guidance and practical insights to cabin crew members.
- Collaborate with the Training team to integrate finesse and leadership content into broader training programs.
- Analyze training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide support and guidance to cabin crew members on finesse and leadership development.
- Monitor and evaluate the application of learned finesse and leadership skills in practical scenarios.
- Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer, and HR.

Minimum Education Requirements :Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, or a related field.Master's degree is an added advantage.Experience :Minimum : 5 years of experience in content development, instructional design, or training roles, with a focus on finesse, leadership, or deportment content. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technology in training delivery.Desired : 8+ years of experience in content development, instructional design, or training roles, with a focus on finesse, leadership, or deportment content.
