About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Google Ads Expert with a proven track record of managing successful B2C performance marketing campaigns for US-based companies. This role requires someone who can independently strategize, execute, and optimize high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max — all while delivering exceptional ROI.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) for US-based B2C clients
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to US consumer behavior
- Independently manage campaign budgets ranging from $10K to $500K+ monthly
- Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting optimization
- Build and test multiple campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and creative variations to maximize performance
- Analyze campaign data to drive data-informed optimization decisions
- Implement advanced testing methodologies including keyword testing, creative testing, and bidding strategy testing
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining or improving cost efficiency
- Stay ahead of Google Ads algorithm changes, policies, and new feature rollouts
- Provide strategic recommendations, insights, and performance reports to clients and stakeholders
- Manage relationships with US clients, understanding their business goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad copy, video concepts, and display assets
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends within the US B2C space
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign managementMust have extensive experience managing B2C campaigns for US clientsProven expertise handling substantial budgets across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance MaxStrong portfolio demonstrating campaigns with clear ROI, CPA, and ROAS improvementsDeep understanding of Google Ads Manager, Audience Signals, Smart Bidding strategies, and measurement toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyExpertise in conversion tracking, GTM setup, pixel implementation, and analytics configurationStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisionsKnowledge of US consumer behavior, time zones, seasonal trends, and purchase cyclesExperience with performance-driven funnels and direct response marketingExcellent communication skills for client-facing interactionsNice to Have
