About the Role
We are looking for a
Customer Support Executive
with
1+ year of experience
in handling online customer interactions and support operations. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our UAE customers — assisting them with product inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to
customer inquiries
via email, live chat, WhatsApp, and phone.
Assist customers in selecting the right
automotive products
based on their needs.
Handle
order tracking, returns, and delivery-related queries
efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain
accurate records
of customer communications and feedback.
Ensure a positive and professional tone in all interactions, building long-term trust with customers.
Share customer feedback and insights with relevant teams to improve processes and service quality.
Prepare simple reports or summaries to highlight common customer issues and solutions.
Key Requirements
1+ year of experience
in customer service, preferably in
e-commerce or automotive-related
industries.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
for managing data and reports.
Strong
problem-solving skills
and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle customers across different communication channels.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Candidates
must be residing in Ahmedabad .
