About the Role

We are looking for a Lawyer specialized in HR and employment law to handle all staff-related legal and compliance matters within the company.

This role focuses entirely on personnel and labor law , ensuring that all processes comply with local regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and update employment contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and termination documents .
• Handle all HR-related legal documentation — hiring, onboarding, probation, salary revisions, leaves, dismissals, relocations, etc.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor legislation , including employee benefits, data protection, and workplace policies.
• Advise management and HR on labor law risks, disciplinary actions, and dispute prevention.
• Maintain clear and legally compliant personnel record-keeping systems .
• Coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.
• Support international HR operations (India / UAE / Europe) with correct document formats and legal consistency.

Requirements

knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
