Location : Kolkata / Bhubaneshwar

Salary : Negotiable

Experience : 2-5 years

Qualifications & Experience :

Must have Experience from "Architectural Consultancy"

Bachelor’s (2-5years) / Diploma (5-7years) in Architecture from a recognized institution.

2-5 years of professional experience in architecture, design, and planning.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion is required.

Strong knowledge of building bylaws, government norms, and regulatory compliance .

Experience in preparing municipal drawings and obtaining government approvals .
