We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineering Manager to lead our full stack development team, architect scalable solutions, and drive technical excellence across projects.

About the Role

As a Senior Backend Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing backend architecture and development, guiding a team of engineers, and delivering high-performance applications. You will work on integrations, custom solutions, and platforms like Magento, WordPress, and Shopify, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

• Lead backend development using Laravel and modern PHP frameworks
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
• Manage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services
• Oversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacks
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
• Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation
