We are seeking a Golang Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern backend development practices, experience with distributed systems, and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and reliable Go code.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go (Golang).
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and security researchers to implement robust and efficient features.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices in Go development.
- Build and optimize RESTful and gRPC-based APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Work on scalable systems that handle large volumes of concurrent users and requests.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Develop unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Contribute to improving internal development tools, CI / CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
- Stay up to date with Go ecosystem advancements and apply them to improve performance and maintainability.
Qualifications
2–3 years of professional experience developing backend services in Go (Golang) .Strong understanding of backend architecture, concurrency models, and microservice design.Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization .Experience with :RESTful or gRPC APIs.
Relational and NoSQL databases (e.G., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Version control and CI / CD workflows (Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
Familiarity with distributed systems, message queues, or event-driven architectures is a plus.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an advantage.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Good communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and code quality.Self-motivated and eager to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
