Ether is a school operating system built by educators and engineers to simplify how schools run. From admissions to communication, we help schools save time, reduce chaos, and focus on what matters most learning and leadership.

Role Overview :

Were building a high-performance platform that powers how schools operate. As a Software Engineer (Full Stack) you develop and deliver major product modules end-to-end from backend APIs to React-based frontends. Work closely with the Sr. engineers to evolve the module and implement best practices.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and want to build systems that serve schools across India this role is for you.

What Youll Do :

• Develop web based applications using NodeJS, ReactJS and MySQL
• Learn and apply principles of system design, security, and performance optimization
• Build and own features maintaining code quality of Ethers SaaS platform
• Collaborate with technology teams for seamless execution
• Build software keeping system design, scalability, performance, and security as the core of systems
• Ensure high code quality, testing, and documentation standards
• Leverage GenAI with Cursor AI / GitHub Copilot
