About the Role :

IDEX is seeking a talented Social Media Designer somebody who can research, visualise and create designs from scratch and not just adapt the creatives. Also, the person should be able to animate content and work on Figma files to elevate the online presence of our clients through visually compelling and strategically crafted designs across app and web platforms. You'll collaborate closely with project teams, designers, and copywriters to bring design concepts to life—whether it's revamping an app homepage, crafting seasonal store experiences, or building engaging category landing pages.

As part of the design team, you will also play a role in shaping our design systems and ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, user-centric design, and digital creativity—this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create high-quality designs for app and web interfaces, aligning with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions.
• Develop visual assets for seasonal campaigns, homepage revamps, and digital store experiences.
• Work on building and maintaining unified design systems.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across devices.
• Support animation and motion graphics creation for web and app use.
