Location : Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad

Salary : 20K / Month (In hand salary 16.2k / Month + PF+ Accidental Insurance)

Experience : Fresher – 2 Years

Shift Timings : 7 : 30 PM - 4 : 30 AM IST

🧾 Job Summary

We are seeking a Data & Coordination Support Executive who possesses excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Excel , and experience in data entry, resume formatting, and coordination activities . The role involves maintaining data accuracy, handling client and internal communications, and supporting recruitment or business operations efficiently.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Enter, manage, and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
• Format resumes according to company or client requirements (Word and PDF).
• Upload and submit profiles on job portals, ATS, and client platforms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, etc.).
• Coordinate between recruiters, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
• Track candidate submissions, interview schedules, and feedback updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining MIS and performance trackers.
