YASH Technologies - Prompt Engineer - Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and optimize prompts for a wide range of LLM applications including summarization, classification, translation, Q&A, and agent workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain prompt libraries, reusable templates, and structured workflows to enable scalable GenAI deployments.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques such as zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought prompting to influence and improve model behavior.
• Evaluate prompt effectiveness using both manual reviews and automated metrics, implementing A / B testing frameworks for continuous improvement.
• Debug and refine prompts to enhance model accuracy, safety, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and mitigate prompt injection risks by implementing robust security strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers in an agile / scrum environment.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in prompt tuning, parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT), and prompt chaining techniques.
• Support continuous deployment processes and leverage DevOps tools to streamline AI workflows.
