Role Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive large-scale o9 transformation programs with a deep focus on supply chain management (SCM) and data integration. The role demands a strategic thinker and subject matter expert who can shape enterprise architecture, guide multiple accounts, influence executive stakeholders, and mentor global teams. This leader will also play a critical role in forging partnerships with o9 and other vendors, developing best practices, and ensuring the seamless integration of o9 with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead complex o9 transformation programs across multiple accounts, ensuring business value and measurable outcomes.
• Architect strategic o9 solutions aligned to SCM maturity models, best practices, and enterprise objectives.
• Oversee the design, build, and integration of o9 applications with other platforms (e.g., SAP, cloud).
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in o9 Data Integration, influencing key architectural and strategic decisions.
• Develop tools, templates, and accelerators to standardize and scale delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, delivering high-value deal solutioning and roadmaps.
• Mentor and coach teams, building organizational capability in o9 and SCM practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering, and executive presentations.
• Drive application performance optimization, scalability, and resilience.
• Build and maintain strategic vendor partnerships with o9 and ecosystem players.
