Job Role - Solution Design Engineer

Position Summary :

The Regional Solutions Engineer develops solutions working closely with LLP Product team, Sales and Opportunity Management based on modules that address the customer's requirements with cost effective, high quality logistics solutions which can be effectively implemented and executed.

Skills Require :

Education : Master's degree from recognized university. Degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred.

Location : Mumbai or Gurgaon

Experience :

• Minimum 7 years of experience in transportation with experience in solution designing and supply chain.
• 5+ years' experience in the analysis, design or operations of International supply chains
• Project management experience will be an advantage.
• Direct experience in one or more core industry verticals
• Analytical with proficiency in translating complex requirements into tangible solutions
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• In-depth understanding of End-to-end International logistics concepts
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Be able to work independently, and willing to travel upon business requirements
• Skills to manage sensitive customers and Assertive / decisive and pro-active
• High sense of urgency & persistence
• Confidence in dealing with people and building lasting relationships / networks
• Ambitious and result oriented self-starter with initiative and strong drive
• Problem solving skills and customer service skills
