Responsibilities & Strategic Deliverables :
Offline Strategy & P&L Ownership :
- P&L Management : Own the end-to-end P&L and commercial targets for the entire offline retail footprint, focusing on maximizing revenue, controlling costs, and driving store-level profitability.
- Expansion Planning : Lead the national retail expansion strategy, including market mapping, site selection, lease negotiation support, and managing the new store opening pipeline across key metros and regional formats.
- Profitability Levers : Strategically manage all key retail profitability levers, utilizing deep knowledge of regional consumer behavior and local market dynamics to optimize inventory and sales mix.
Store Operations & Excellence :
