Job descriptionPrior experience in SSD firmware development : NAND management algorithm development, including read error handling. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent field. 12+ years of related experience. Strong C / C++ / Python programming and debugging skills. ARM system programming expertise. Familiarity with Machine Learning algorithms and concepts. In-depth knowledge of SSD firmware architecture and algorithms : Flash translation layer, caching, NAND management, NVMe, and PCIe protocols. Experience with bus analyzers, JTAG, emulators, and other firmware debugging tools. Awareness of Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with Linux as a development environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop firmware for FlashTech NVMe Controllers.
- Design and implement Machine Learning based NAND management algorithms.
- Create comprehensive documentation for firmware and engineering processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues in embedded real-time systems.
- Mentor and train other team members on firmware development and testing.
