Procurement Operation Agent With German

We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning new things, eager to develop strong relationships with our client stakeholders. The candidate will join our EMEA Procurement team, responsible for day-to-day operations and communication through our Procurement Service Center. A strong understanding of the EMEA market, along with relevant experience and awareness, is a key requirement for this role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Procurement process to ensure correct and efficient transaction flow of internal purchase orders (processing POs for the client)
• Guidance of Stakeholders, Buyers and Suppliers on proper procurement process
• Develop client relationships and guide client employees on the next steps
• Ensure company business controls are adhered to and facilitate a defined system of transparency client established criteria and policies are followed.
• Ensure that operational processes and program meets agreed upon customer expectations;
• Work with global delivery team in terms of reporting and client challenges
• Effectively interface with internal stakeholders and procurement buyers
• Meeting targets as per SLA & adherence to process Compliance;
