The General Manager Projects from a Real Estate business background will be responsible for the management of design, construction, logistics, procurement, and budgets to ensure the efficiency of time, quality and cost of assigned projects. The general manager projects will also be responsible to plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
Lead and manage full-cycle real estate development projects, including new construction, restoration, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.

Ensure full resource availability and effective allocation to meet the demands of concurrent projects.
Monitor resource utilization to maintain over 95% efficiency and reduce wastage.
Achieve consistent improvement in productivity (>2% quarterly) by streamlining workflows and enforcing construction best practices.
Identify risks proactively and implement 100% effective mitigation strategies through risk forecasting, planning, and SOPs.
Maintain zero critical incidents by continuously monitoring risk factors and applying real-time controls.
Measure project performance using modern project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, ERP), and ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
