Job Description :

Coordinate with Project Managers, procurement and accounts teams for cost - related data
Prepare MIS reports for effective cost and budget tracking
Monitor and control project budgets for both ongoing and upcoming construction projects
Track and analyze project expenses to ensure adherence to budgets

Requirements :

Strong Knowledge of costing principles and budgeting techniques

Excellent analytical skills and numerical skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally

Good understanding of GST, TDS and income provisions

Strong written and verbal communications
