Role Description

Oro is seeking a Gold Appraiser to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role where the appraiser will be responsible for evaluating the quality, purity, and value of gold items to determine their worth. Daily tasks will include analyzing gold assets using standard industry tools, preparing appraisals and reports, verifying customer documents, maintaining records, and supporting clients in understanding the appraisal process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in gold evaluation methods, including quality and purity testing techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and provide accurate valuations.
• Customer service and communication skills necessary to interact professionally with clients.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Experience working in the gold appraisal or jewelry valuation field; familiarity with industry-standard equipment is an added advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Post-secondary education or professional certifications in gemology, finance, or a related field is preferred.
