Job descriptionCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Education, or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Interest in financial services, training, and instructional design Basic understanding of financial concepts and products (preferred but not mandatory) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus
Responsibilities :
- Assist in designing and organizing presentations, handbooks, and digital learning assets for internal training
- Help draft and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various organizational workflows and departments
- Contribute to the development of written and visual content used for internal training, onboarding, and upskilling sessions
- Research and summarize key features of financial products, government schemes, and regulatory updates to support training materials and knowledge sharing
- Work with departments such as HR, Finance, and Compliance to gather information and feedback for content creation
- Help coordinate training sessions and maintain records of training materials and attendance
