• Management of High and Medium-End Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Storage, and Backup Systems
• Network and System Oversight
• Management of Wireless Access Points
• User Access Oversight / Asset Lifecycle Management
• Active Directory Management / Patch Oversight
• Vendor and OEM Coordination
• Facilitation of IT Audits
• Comprehensive application support and resolution of all escalated issues
• IT Infrastructure Management
• User and team Management
• IT Compliance
• Servers, Storages health checkup log book maintain
• Monitoring of backups
• Addressing of all the issues / IT related request logged with Helpdesk.
• Closure of all Servers and Client patch management, Antivirus update issues
• Asset management
• Deployment and replacement of Hardware devices
• Firmware upgrade of all HW devices
• Remote connectivity, VPN and VDI support
• Monitoring of links and address the issues.
