What You Will Do and Learn

We are seeking a Solution Consultant to join our growing Legal Operations practice with a specialization in leading Contract Lifecycle Management tools like Docusign Agiloft Ironclad etc. This role blends technical expertise and client engagement to deliver high-impact CLM solutions. You will develop and implement CLM solutions and train other bandmates.

Ideal candidates will be able to :

• Solution Development & Delivery
• Build and customize contract templates.
• Design and configure workflows approval rules and dashboards.
• Assist in functional workshops to gather requirements for contract types templates clauses workflows and reporting.
• Conduct Fit / Gap analysis and guide future-state process design.
• Manage requirements traceability and ensure alignment throughout the SDLC.
• Work on contract data migration functional testing and user acceptance testing.
• Develop training materials and lead train-the-trainer sessions for client enablement.
• Track and resolve functional and technical issues during implementation.
