About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Node.js, Express, and MongoDB , and working knowledge of React.js on the frontend. You’ll be responsible for building high-performance APIs, scalable services, and interactive interfaces that power our products.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas for performance and scalability.
Build responsive React.js components and ensure seamless API integration.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
Optimize performance across both frontend and backend.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to deliver user-centric features.
Maintain CI / CD workflows and ensure smooth production deployments.

Required Skills

3–6 years of experience in full stack development.

Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB (Mongoose) .

Working knowledge of React.js (Hooks / Functional components) .

Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs .

Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud deployments (AWS / GCP) .

Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and event-driven architecture .

Exposure to unit testing (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Supertest).

Good to Have

Experience with TypeScript or Next.js .

Familiarity with GraphQL or Microservices architecture .

Understanding of DevOps practices (CI / CD pipelines, containerization).
