Role Description

This is a hybrid (2 days per week) role for a Sr. Software Engineer - Gen AI Integration located in Kochi. The Sr. Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and integrating AI solutions into existing software systems.

MUST

Strong Python proficiency for data processing, orchestration scripts, and ML prototypes.

Proven track record deploying workloads on AWS (ECS / EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation or CDK).

Experience integrating AWS Gen AI services (e.g., Bedrock, Comprehend, Kendra, SageMaker, Q) into production systems.

CI / CD and automated testing expertise (unit, integration, performance).

GOOD TO HAVE

Exposure to LLM fine-tuning or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.

Knowledge of search in construction or AEC industry datasets.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).

Familiarity with container security best practices and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
