Job description3+ years of B2C inside sales / edtech / telesales with end-to-end closing Clear spoken English; consultative, parent-friendly approach Availability (IST) : 9–11 AM and 4–9 PM Reliable setup : laptop, stable broadband, quiet calling space Per-enrollment payout (on first payment received) Monthly bonus linked to your Conversion % Consistent closers out-earn fixed-salary roles No cold calling — marketing-fed, high-intent inquiries Coaching, proven scripts, fast decisions, trusted brand Growth path : Senior Closer → Team Lead
Fundoo Tutor is scaling across Cambridge IGCSE & IB. We’ll hand you inbound, high-intent leads . Your mission : qualify → advise → close with empathy and speed.
What you’ll do
- Call & qualify inbound leads; recommend the right plan
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close on first payment
- Log crisp notes in Zoho CRM; track your funnel daily
- Coordinate with academics for accurate scoping & start dates
