Senior Project Coordinator

Objectives

Ensure the coordinated rollout, sustainable support, and continuous improvement of SFS MES across Asian production sites, by supporting local teams, and aligning with central functions to maximize transparency, efficiency, and productivity.

Principal duties

• Act as the main point of contact for production sites that are implementing or already using our productivity improvement solutions
• Support theProject Lead, ProjectProfessionals (key user), and Field Specialists during rollout and daily use
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness within the system
• Coordinate the project rollout across production sites in the Asia region
• Serve as key interface between manufacturing sites, Digital Manufacturing, the Rollout Team, and local IT
• Provide first- and second-level support for project and coordinate third-level support
• Train project leaders, key users, and operators on effective system usage
• Integrate project into daily operations to maximize transparency and productivity gains
• Participate in and facilitate exchange meetings, sharing best practices and harmonizing approaches between sites
• Support production sites with complex technical or organizational challenges during implementation and operation
• Monitor system usage, collect feedback, and propose improvements
• Prepare and deliver reporting on rollout status, support cases, and improvement initiatives to Digital Manufacturing management
