About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC / TOA) Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracles Field Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise combined with functional understanding of field service operations, scheduling optimization, and customer experience processes.
You will work closely with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver robust OFSC solutions that improve operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead or participate in end-to-end Oracle Field Service Cloud implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Design and configure OFSC components such as :
a. Resource Management & Work Zones
b. Routing Plans & Business Rules
c. Capacity Management
d. Work Schedules and Calendars
e. Smart Collaboration
f. Action Management
g. Mobility and Manage Displays
h. Forms, Reports, and Plug-ins
Configure User Profiles, Permissions, Roles, and Security Policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards.Design, develop, and maintain integrations between OFSC and other systems (Oracle CX Cloud, ERP, CRM, or third-party applications).Use REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and Web Services for integration and data exchange.Build and customize forms, plug-ins, and UI extensions using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.Perform data migration activities extracting, transforming, and loading data into OFSC environments.Develop and manage reports and dashboards using Oracle BI tools or native OFSC reporting capabilities.Conduct requirement workshops, demos, and design sessions with stakeholders and end users.Provide technical and functional guidance to clients on leveraging OFSC features for business benefits.Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and adherence to timelines.Lead system testing (SIT / UAT), troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution of defects.Develop test cases, configuration documentation, user guides, and training materials.Provide post-implementation support, monitoring system performance and ensuring data accuracy.Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud security standards and policies.Stay updated with the latest Oracle OFSC product releases, patches, and new features.Recommend improvements in configuration, processes, and integrations to enhance performance.Share knowledge with team members and contribute to developing reusable assets, templates, and accelerators.Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of experience working on Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC / TOA) as a techno-functional consultant or lead.Minimum two full life-cycle OFSC implementations (design to deployment).Strong understanding of Field Service Management concepts routing, capacity, scheduling, work order management, workforce optimization.Hands-on expertise in configuring :a. Strong technical knowledge of :a. Web Services (REST / SOAP), XML, JSON, WSDL, XSLT

c. Integration tools and middleware (OIC, ICS, or equivalent)
