The Role
We are hiring a BDR Manager in India to lead and scale our EMEA BDR team .
Your team will be responsible for outbound pipeline generation across the UK, Ireland, DACH, Benelux, Nordics, and additional EMEA markets. This is a critical role with direct visibility to the EMEA leadership group.
Your mandate is simple : build and run a high-performance outbound engine that consistently delivers qualified meetings, SALs, and pipeline for the EMEA region. This is not an administrative role. You will build, coach, and elevate a team operating to European standards and supported by world-class AI tooling.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop a High-Performing EMEA BDR Team
Hire, onboard, and develop India-based BDRs targeting EMEA accounts
Build a culture of consistency, discipline, and performance excellence
Lead daily coaching, call reviews, talk-track refinement, and skill development
Drive Outbound Excellence Across EMEA
Build and optimize playbooks tailored to EMEA personas, industries, and territories
Use Birdeye Agentic AI + leading LLM integrations for research, personalization, and intelligent outreach
Implement a rigorous operating rhythm for activities, connects, meetings, conversions, and pipeline
Partner Closely With EMEA Leadership
Work with EMEA Sales Directors to align weekly priorities, territory plans, and coverage
Collaborate with EMEA Marketing on outbound campaigns, event follow-up, and sequence strategy
Work with RevOps on forecasting, dashboards, conversion analytics, and optimization
Own Pipeline Quality & Consistency
Ensure the team hits targets for :
Strengthen meeting quality through structured frameworks, discovery coaching, and roleplay
Hold the line on data accuracy, process adherence, and CRM discipline
Scale With Precision
Create clear progression paths for top BDRs into EMEA AE and senior roles
Build succession, depth, and bench strength as the team expands
Keep the team ahead of market standards through continuous iteration
What You Bring
Experience
3+ years leading BDR teams in high-growth B2B SaaS
Strong track record generating pipeline into UK + broader EMEA markets
Evidence of driving conversion improvements, not just activity volume
Deep understanding of outbound prospecting, cold calling, and persona-based outreach
Leadership
Hands-on coach who leads from the front — listening to calls, guiding talk tracks, improving execution
Strong cultural leader with high expectations and high support
Able to build, scale, and professionalize a team that operates to European standards
Technical Strength
Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft / Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, intent data, and AI-driven workflows
Strong analytical mindset; able to diagnose gaps and fix them fast
Bonus
Experience working in or supporting EMEA sales environments
Background in local search, martech, reviews, or CX software
Experience integrating AI into outbound sales motions
