Product Designer

About the Role

At SoftSync.ai, we're building an AI-native CRM platform designed to transform how teams understand and manage relationships. We're looking for a Product Designer with proven experience in tech or SaaS environments, someone who combines user-centric design thinking with a data-driven mindset for testing and performance.

In this role, you'll design intuitive and elegant product experiences that balance usability, aesthetics, and measurable impact. Motion design experience is a strong plus, but the main focus will be on core product design, A / B testing, and design performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design on features for our AI-native SaaS platform
• Translate complex product workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces
• Drive A / B testing, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
• Maintain and evolve our design system and ensure visual consistency
• Contribute to performance-based design decisions that improve engagement and conversion
• Add motion and storytelling where it enhances the product experience (bonus)
