About the Internship
This is a mission-critical 3-month internship focused on high-volume, Frontline Talent Acquisition. You will be the engine that ensures our operational teams are fully staffed by executing rapid-cycle recruitment. Success in this role demands speed, efficiency, and exceptional organization. Top performance and mastery of high-volume flow will lead to conversion into a Full-Time HR Recruiter role.
Key Responsibilities
Rapidly process and screen a high daily volume of applications for frontline roles.
Drive the pipeline from application to offer in days, not weeks. This includes immediate mobile-based communication and scheduling.
Utilize non-traditional sourcing methods (community boards, local referrals, text-to-apply campaigns) to quickly generate candidate pools.
Assist in leveraging recruiting technology (ATS, screening tools) to maintain efficiency and speed.
Manage and coordinate large-scale hiring events, walk-in interviews, and immediate offer processes.
Ensure all rapid hires meet basic qualifications and prepare accurate documentation for fast-track onboarding.
