About The Opportunity

We operate in the online career services and HR‑tech / talent acquisition sector, building digital solutions that connect jobseekers and employers across India. This remote internship is an entry-level hybrid sales + marketing role aimed at candidates who want hands-on experience in lead generation, digital campaigns, and client outreach for a fast-moving recruitment platform.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify inbound / outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and social channels to support business development targets.
  • Create concise marketing copy and social posts to boost brand awareness and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Run targeted email outreach campaigns and track responses; personalize templates and follow-up sequences to improve conversion.
  • Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot / Salesforce or equivalent); log activities, update lead status, and create simple reports.
  • Support tele-sales outreach : schedule discovery calls, handle basic objections, and hand off qualified prospects to senior sales team members.
  • Measure campaign performance using Google Sheets / Excel and basic analytics; recommend optimizations based on KPIs (CTR, open rate, lead conversion).

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication; clear phone presence for outreach and discovery calls.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn preferred) and basic content creation tools (Canva or similar).
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets / MS Excel for tracking and simple data analysis.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and able to manage time independently in a fully remote role across India time zones.

  • Prior internship or project experience in sales, digital marketing, or customer success; exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce) a plus.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing metrics, SEO fundamentals, or paid social basics.
