Role Description :
This is a full-time hybrid role for a HubSpot Developer, based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home arrangements. The HubSpot Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing HubSpot solutions, building templates, creating reports, and managing workflows. The role also includes customizing HubSpot tools to align with company goals, integrating third-party tools, testing functionalities, and ensuring optimal performance.
Job Overview :
In this multifaceted role, you'll drive lead generation and marketing success through your expertise in HubSpot, NetSuite, and web development. You'll manage marketing campaigns, optimize the HubSpot platform, build website pages, and turn website visitors into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Leverage HubSpot's full capabilities, including CMS and website building, through feature enhancements.
2. Customize HubSpot features, including views, properties, workflows, and data structures.
3. Conduct CRM database maintenance with an emphasis on data synchronization between HubSpot, SaaS app, and MixPanel.
4. Design and execute email and other digital marketing campaigns.
5. Grow new leads through Call to Action (CTA), landing pages, and content offers.
6. Build and maintain website pages within HubSpot's CMS, ensuring a high standard of web design and user experience.
7. Fully code CMS, understanding and utilizing HubSpot's website building capabilities.
