Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership and Management :
- Lead, mentor, and manage the technical operations team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Establish clear goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative work environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Infrastructure Management :
Oversee infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.Implement best practices for infrastructure performance, scalability, and security.Ensure effective capacity planning, monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness.Operational Excellence :
Develop and enforce operational procedures and service-level standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks.Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Incident and Problem Management :
Manage and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.Coordinate with global teams to ensure 24 / 7 operational support and system uptime.Establish escalation processes and maintain detailed documentation of incidents.Security and Compliance :
Ensure adherence to security protocols, policies, and compliance frameworks.Partner with the security team to proactively identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.Maintain audit readiness and compliance with IT governance standards.Process Improvement and Innovation :
Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, cost efficiency, and performance.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to optimize infrastructure operations.Implement monitoring and alerting tools to enhance proactive issue detection.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven expertise in managing cloud and on-premise environments.Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, Linux / Windows systems, and DevOps practices.Experience with IT monitoring, automation, and configuration management tools.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.Ability to work effectively in a global and fast-paced environment.Skills Required
