Location : Thane Mumbai

Experience : Minimum 2 Years

Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and customeroriented female candidate for the role of Customer Relationship Executive . The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and will serve as the bridge between our company and our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring a seamless postsales experience.
  • Provide handson guidance and support to customers on application usage and product features .
  • Address and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Gather customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement in service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Ability to handle customers with empathy patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using mobile or webbased applications and guiding users through them.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfirst mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Marathi is preferred but not mandatory.
  • NOTE : Only female candidates are required.
