About the Role :

The Systems and Process Manager will be responsible for developing, documenting, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across multiple wellness outlets nationwide. This role plays a key part in building scalable operational systems that support business growth and ensure seamless coordination among outlets.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, document, and regularly update SOPs for all operational areas including customer service, inventory, staff management, and daily workflows.

Design and implement process flows, checklists, and quality control systems to ensure operational consistency across all locations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, marketing, and finance) to ensure alignment on process standards.

Train outlet teams on new systems and monitor adherence to SOPs.

Conduct process audits, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for higher efficiency.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.

Support the setup and launch of new outlets, ensuring systems and processes are in place from day one.

Qualifications and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Aviation, Retail, Hospitality, or related field.

4–8 years of experience in managing systems and processes across multiple locations in retail, hospitality, wellness, or F&B chains.

Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing SOPs and operational controls.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Excellent communication and training skills.

Proficiency with process documentation tools, workflow management systems, and MS Office Suite.
