Role : Operations Lead (Interior Project Operations)

Experience : Minimum 5 years in interior project operations or execution management

Location : In-office + Site Visits (Bangalore)

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee end-to-end execution operations for multiple interior projects simultaneously
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, design, and procurement teams for timely delivery
• Supervise on-site workflow, task allocation, and progress tracking
• Ensure seamless vendor coordination and material flow management
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress dashboards
• Drive accountability, quality, and speed within execution teams
• Conduct periodic client updates, ensuring transparency and satisfaction
• Constantly optimise systems and processes for smoother execution
