🌟 Hiring : Enterprise Architect

📍 Location : Offshore – India (Remote)

🔍 About the Role :

The Senior Manager – Enterprise Architect will define and implement the digital architecture framework that powers scalable, secure, and future-ready banking capabilities. You will guide the technology vision, ensure adherence to architecture principles (Open Banking APIs, Microservices, Cloud Enablement), and recommend optimal architecture solutions for both existing and new applications.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior leadership.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🏛 Architecture & Strategy

  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture aligned with business and technology goals.
  • Provide a scalable, adaptable architecture roadmap for the organization.
  • Recommend optimal architecture solutions to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with architecture guidelines, regulatory standards, and audit controls.

💡 Innovation & Leadership

  • Lead discussions with technology management on emerging technologies and innovations.
  • Promote shared infrastructure and reusable components across the organization.
  • Serve as a bridge between technology teams, business teams, and external partners.

    • 🔧 Governance & Compliance

  • Review and approve technical architecture for new and existing projects.
  • Contribute to RFP processes and product evaluations.
  • Support architecture reviews for BAU changes and releases.
  • Participate in strategy boards, change control boards, and architectural governance forums.

    • 🧩 Problem Solving & Decision Making

  • Recommend architectural enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
  • Resolve technical and process obstacles.
  • Ensure alignment of project changes with enterprise architecture frameworks.

    • 📚 Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, architecture frameworks, and IT strategy.
  • Expertise in :
  • Cloud-native technologies, DevOps, Microservices
  • Open API, REST / SOAP services
  • React Native, ReactJS, Spring Boot, Java, PL / SQL
  • BPM, Document Management Systems
  • Kafka, Database Management, Open Source stacks
  • Data Lake, AI / ML, Security
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud / Multi-Cloud adoption .
  • TOGAF certification (an added advantage).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
