About the Position

Maintenance Civil Engineer for handling Civil, Structural, MEP services, Plumbing, Carpentry Painting and

waterproofing Maintenance work & Renovation projects for TOI CST building, M.S Godowns, Guest houses, Transit

flats and Sub Offices

Areas of Responsibility

Maintenance Civil Engineer for handling Civil, Structural, MEP services, Plumbing, Carpentry Painting and waterproofing Maintenance work & Renovation projects for TOI CST building, M.S Godowns, Guest houses, Transit flats and Sub Offices.

1) Independently handle all Civil / Carpentry / Structural / Plumbing / Waterproofing and MEP maintenance and projects of TOI premises

2) Preparing Annual Maintenance Contract and Schedule of Preventive maintenance for Civil Maintenance work

3) Preparing Standard Operating Procedures of Civil Maintenance work

4) Independently handle of Structural repairs and Strengthening of Old Heritage building structure

5) Coordination with Structural Consultant for Structural Audit and Structural Repairs works

6) Preparing proposals (BOQ- detailed specifications) for Civil, Structural repairs and Project works

7) Supervision of all civil, structural, plumbing, carpentry, waterproofing and maintenance works

8) Checking measurements & verifying contractors bills

9) Coordination with Architect for Project work and Support for installation of MEP Services

10) Execution of Repairs and Interior Projects including Site Analysis, feasibility studies, Space planning, schematic Design, Drawings, BOQ & Documentation.

Skill Set : Knowledge of Civil, Structural, Plumbing, painting, Carpentry, waterproofing and Interior works

Experience : Degree in Civil Engineering with 12 to 15 years’ experience.
