Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, located on-site in Defence Colony. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media campaigns, managing social media accounts, and optimizing posts to drive engagement and increase brand presence. This role will involve strategizing and creating content, tracking social media performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts. Additionally, the manager will stay updated with social media trends and industry best practices to continuously enhance the company’s digital presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Posting, Planning and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and people management
• Basics of canva and ability to learn editing
• Creating basic posts for the platforms.
• Not a camera shy person, and should have the confidence to stand in front of the camera and shoot some stuff.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and develop strategies based on insights
• Experience with social media management tools and platforms
• Creative thinking and ability to engage target audiences effectively
• Team collaboration skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
