Roles and Responsibilities :
Managing and front-ending all the PLM Solutions focused sales effortsDeveloping Sales Leads / Opportunities by researching and identifying potential accountsEnsuring wider market reach & penetration of various unexplored marketsMonitoring competition by gathering current marketplace informationInteracting and discussing on various aspects of Complete System Requirement as per End User Application with ClientsEnsuring smooth implementation of all the associated Client ProjectsStudying existing and potential business opportunities by means of focused Sales effortsUtilizing support staff to improve sales effectivenessDesired Candidate Profile :
The candidate should Have significant knowledge of various PLM Solutions available in the market Have prior experience in handling Enterprise Sales, with a proven track record of achieving the set sales targets Have prior exposure of handling OEMs and Tier Suppliers, and front-end sales pertaining to PLM Solutions Be able to arrange and conduct Demonstrations, Presentations, and Seminars for the Customers Be competent in implementing effective solutions to address customer needs, with an aim to improve customer contentment Have prior experience of forecasting Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Targets and achieve them Have effective Customer Relationship Management Skills, to ensure delivery of qualitative service for their business growth Be able to communicate effectively while collaborating with and managing the sales and technical teams Have good Presentation Skills Have the ability to deliver relevant and true information to customer with strong consulting and need assessment skills Be comfortable in traveling for extended durations for various sales activities
