Responsibilities :
Inbound & Outbound Calling : Handle customer inquiries regarding services professionally.
Conversion & Sales Support : Persuade potential customers to book appointments and purchase packages.
Customer Engagement : Provide detailed information about services, promotions, and membership benefits.
Follow-ups : Call back customers for appointment confirmations and reminders.
Data Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
Coordination : Work closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer experience and optimize sales.
Requirements :
Education : Degree (Any specialization)
Experience : Freshers can apply.
Language Proficiency : Fluent in English and Malayalam; Hindi is a plus.
Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of sales and customer service techniques
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM tools (preferred)
Understanding of the wellness industry (preferred)
