Integration Developer

We are looking for a Integration developer who plays a crucial role in formulating strategies for the optimal utilization of Integrations tools, techniques, methodologies, and technologies within the organization.Responsibilities : Partners with the Business, the Business Analysts (BA) and / or the BRM (Business Relationship Manager; Operational)Brainstorms solution options working closely with the BA’s brining optimal technical approaches working together resolving business problems and identifying appropriate required documentation, data and logic.Consults with the BA when additional information and / or data is needed as solutions are implemented.Devising and Reporting on Integration Development Plans and StrategiesPlan and strategize integration projects.Develop synchronous / synchronous and rule-based messaging designs / architectures.Leading the coordination activities with other Integration DevelopersAssign work accordingly and ensure timely completion of integration projects and work requests.Assume and own design architectures for A2A and B2B IntegrationsPartner with the Enterprise Architecture team and formulate strategies and design architectures for seamless integrations.Ensuring Best PracticesFollow integration best practices within the organization.Conflict ResolutionIdentify and correct conflicts within the Integration Capability.Maintaining Integration ArchitectureEnsure the smooth functioning of the company’s integration architecture.Analyzing and Improving Current System IntegrationsOptimize existing system integrations and migration strategies.Integration WorkLead, Coach team, design, develop, unit test, and implement integrations using the standard toolset / platform adhering to established design standards.Lead Waterfall and / or Agile / Kanban methodologies for project execution and delivery.Manage coordination with other developers, ensuring integration projects are completed on time.Partner closely with architects and other team members to ensure integrations align with overall system architecture.Mentor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.What we are looking for : 8 + years of experience as an Integrations developer3 + years of hands-on working experience in Boomi2+ years of Lead / Supervisory / Coach experienceExperience implementing integrations for EDIWork Mode : Work from OfficeLocation : GurugramInterested Candidates please mail your CV to
