Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Collection Analyst- B2B located in Bengaluru. The Senior Collection Analyst will be responsible for managing debt collection activities, analyzing financial data, and handling customer service inquiries. Daily tasks include reviewing accounts, contacting clients to secure payment, providing analytical insights into accounts receivables, and ensuring effective communication between clients and finance teams.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

Experience in a B2B environment and handling high-value client accounts is a plus

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
