Job Opening : QA

Locations : Pune, Ahmedabad & Gandhi Nagar

Experience : 5+ Years

Employment Type : Full-time

Joining : Immediate to 20 Days preferred

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) applications and related systems.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for CRM customizations and configurations.
  • Test Dynamics CRM integrations with external systems such as ERP, SharePoint, Power BI, or third-party APIs.
  • Create and maintain test data and test environments for effective testing.
  • Document and track defects, and assist developers in troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with QA best practices, company standards, and security policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of hands-on QA experience.
  • Good experience in testing Dynamics CRM customizations including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, forms etc.
  • Good knowledge of CRM modules : Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with test management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, TestRail, Rally or similar.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
  • Good understanding of REST / SOAP APIs and tools like Postman for integration testing.
  • Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
