Job descriptionLeadership & Management : Lead a team of AEM Forms developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AEM Forms projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines. Technical Expertise : Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Manager Forms. Ensure best practices in AEM Forms development. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UX / UI designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Integration : Integrate AEM Forms with other platforms and technologies to ensure seamless functionality and user experience. Optimization : Optimize the performance and scalability of AEM Forms solutions. Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to AEM Forms applications to ensure smooth operation. Innovation : Stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and best practices, and apply them to improve internal development methodologies.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience : Proven experience as an AEM Forms Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of AEM architecture and components.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Git and Agile methodology.
- Certifications : AEM certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
