As we scale, we’re looking for a sharp, curious, and business-minded Growth Manager to drive B2B sales, market expansion, and deal-making across the US, Europe, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a strong international pipeline—identify qualified prospects in major markets (US, UK, EU, Middle East, APAC).
- Own the entire sales and growth cycle : lead generation, outreach, consultative selling, and closing high-value deals.
- Spark demand using , email, CRM, webinars, and events—get creative across channels.
- Create persuasive pitch decks, proposals, and campaign messages tailored for CXOs, HR, Finance, and tech leaders.
- Stay ahead with industry insights—HRTech, FinTech, payroll, workforce, and compliance trends.
- Work directly with leadership and marketing teams to scale impact and drive results.
What We’re Looking For
2–7 years’ experience in B2B sales, growth, or business development, preferably with HRTech, FinTech, SaaS, staffing, or digital workforce solutions.Proven success in generating leads and closing deals in international markets.Top-notch communication skills, able to pitch and present to global decision-makers.Tech-savvy with , CRM, outreach, and marketing tools.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in performance-driven teams.Role Details : 🧑💼 Positions - 4
