Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions / shared services.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements and quality expectations.
- Source, Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates to match JD requirements and organizational fit.
- Maintain a balance between speed, quality, and volume hiring across multiple finance verticals.
2. Stakeholder & Client Management
Partner with business leaders and finance managers to understand hiring needs and talent gaps.Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding recruitment updates, issue resolution, and escalations.Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction through regular updates, review meetings, and proactive communication.Provide insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies and process improvements.3. Operational & Process excellence
Track recruiter performance, TAT, and key hiring metrics (CVs shared, interviews conducted, offers, and joining).Implement best practices around candidate sourcing, screening, documentation, and onboarding.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, background verification, and onboarding protocols.Drive effective use of ATS / CRM systems and recruitment tools for enhanced efficiency.5. Business Support
Provide market intelligence on F&A talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to optimize recruitment strategies and improve delivery efficiency.Required Knowledge
5–8 years of experience in end-to-end Shared Services hiring.Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with proven ability to execute effective hiring strategies.Expertise in recruitment metrics, TAT, dashboards, and driving quality hiring outcomes.Hands-on experience with ATS / CRM tools, candidate sourcing platforms, and market intelligence on finance talent.Proficient in MS Office, with strong communication skills and focus on process improvement and scalable recruitment solutions.Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.MBA / PGDM in HR, Finance, or related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.Certifications in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR (like SHRM, HRCI, or similar) are a plus.Required Attributes
