Job Description :

• Develop and execute organizationfive-year institutional and financial strategy to ensure growth and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee budgets, compliance, and fiscal plan ning in coordination with the finance and audit teams.
• Lead enrollment, marketing, and outreach, driving visibility and ensuring access and diversity.
• Spearhead fundraising, partnerships, and CSR collaborations with donors, foundations, and corporates.
• Collaborate closely with the Academic Head to align resources, systems, and academic priorities.
• Supervise finance, operations, HR, and administration to ensure effective governance and accountability.
