We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewelry Store Manager with a strong background in store management and jewelry sales . With at least 4+ years of experience in retail jewelry operations , the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, overseeing daily store operations, managing sales performance, and leading the team toward achieving business goals. This role requires a blend of leadership, product expertise, and operational efficiency to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Communicate with customers effectively and confidently, providing complete product descriptions and guiding them through their purchasing journey.
- Influence and inspire customers to make informed jewelry purchases through personalized recommendations.
- Address all customer queries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and build long-term relationships.
- Retain existing customers while cultivating new customer relationships through excellent service and trust-building.
Store Operations & Management
Ensure the store is clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing for all customers.Oversee day-to-day operations, including payment transactions, merchandise preparation, and delivery coordination.Maintain and monitor store inventory by checking merchandise levels, anticipating customer demand, and planning replenishments.Coordinate with inter-departmental personnel (procurement, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.Work on ERP systems and platforms such as Magento, Ameo , and other store management software to streamline processes and reporting.Sales Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance against business goals.Categorize and evaluate sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Investigate customer complaints and service suggestions, providing actionable insights to improve customer experience.Contribute to store-level strategy to enhance sales conversions and drive revenue.Team Leadership & Collaboration
Provide guidance and training to store staff on sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge.Contribute to the team effort by supporting colleagues and ensuring a collaborative, positive work environment.Motivate and manage the sales team to meet targets, fostering accountability and high performance.Skills & Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in retail sales and store management within the jewelry industry.Strong knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and customer expectations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence customer decisions.Proficiency in ERP systems and retail platforms such as Magento and Ameo .Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and making business recommendations.Proven track record in customer relationship management and retention .Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).Specialized training in jewelry sales or luxury retail management is a plus.
