Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and capture feature requests and enhancements using Agile methodologies (creation of user stories, features, and epics, maintenance of backlog), prioritization of those requirements, and facilitating any conflicts of requirements.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and execute product roadmaps.
Identify user pain points and translate them into well-structured product requirements.
Analyze product data, metrics, and user feedback to drive decisions and measure success.
Assist in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation to launch and beyond.
Prioritize features and enhancements by evaluating trade-offs and business impact.
Communicate effectively across teams and keep stakeholders informed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management.
Requirements :
3 - 6 years of experience in a product management role OR relevant internship experience with a strong engineering background.
Strong customer-centric mindset and understanding of product development processes.
Analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems logically.
Basic understanding of metrics, prioritization, and trade-offs in product decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong product management skills and relevant work experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS (ref : hirist.tech)
